Saying "it's OK" is & will be important for several reasons:
Let me talk about my own experience in this blog & try to put some emphasis on a very underrated word yet used by everyone on a day to day basis in our life, I am sure that here and there you might have heard this word. "It's OK".
But for me, I learnt its importance very late; My mother always used to handle every situation by just saying "it's OK"{ಸರಿ ಆಯಿತು, in Kannada}, although I've heard this world a million times from her saying it. I never understood its importance till recently.
In my personal life somehow I got into a situation where I went through a very terrible & rough phase and did not have anyone to talk to or maybe nobody understood what I was talking about.

I never expected sympathy from anybody to be very honest, Now I think that it was empathy that was missing which I never got. (I blame nobody literally), Later one fine day I heard this word from someone while I was at work and it caught my attention; stuck in my mind for quite a few days and then I was forced to think about it then I tried applying this logic in my day to day "sufferings" and this one word made a huge difference in taking decisions which were almost next to impossible to me earlier not only this but it made wonders slowly. By just saying "it's OK" The whole situation started changing in my mind. My perspective towards life and people started changing and now I felt the need to share this with everyone, No doctor needed. No mental health training, Nobody to check your mental state with modern equipment. mental health quotes are more than enough.
All you need to do is Practice with all your heart and mind to just say "It's OK", No matter what situation in. Life is longer&larger than we think.
